About Us

The board of directors has experience in supporting children in care and keeps
updated with current news, developments, and thinking. Along with the home
managers, this ensures a team of expertise, experience, and a wealth of
knowledge from lived experiences in the care sector.
At Support and Sustain Care, we strongly believe in our ethos of “Providing
Support to Sustain Lasting Care”  As a children’s care home, we support children placed with us from the age of 5 years upwards, including into adulthood until the
child has the skills and expertise to live independently.
By using our early intervention and support process, coupled with following the
principles of PACE therapeutic care, we can understand the child’s point of view,
explore their feelings, and provide a non-judgmental, curious, and empathetic
approach to not only support but truly understand them.
We believe that providing intervention and support at the right time is key to
ensuring children can express themselves and develop, thus enabling them to
have a sustainable future.
